We were in a hurry upon check out so I asked him if I could just call and complain instead of waiting for a manager. I did inform the front desk and the gentleman at the front desk told me he would waive the parking. Also, our shower head and shower safety bar were falling off the wall. This bar fell off while we were sitting there eating causing my husband's ankle to fall through. There was a bar top with high chairs and a foot bar that ran along the bottom. However, this room was so damaged that my husband hurt his ankle while we were there. I went back down and spoke to the manager who did upgrade us to room 332 which was much better. I then called the front desk and spoke to a young lady who told me I could upgrade and to go speak to Sam the manager. This room was a smoking room but it was a smaller room and not clean. He assured me that he would take care of it and gave us another room. ![]() I then went back down to the front desk and went back to Nirvana and explained the situation and told him it was our anniversary so I just wanted to upgrade our room and pay any additional cost. When we checked in by a young man named Nirvana we were given a double bed in a non-smoking room. We booked a smoking room with a king bed for our anniversary.
